Ghost snorted, and tossed his mane. He lurked his back like he was going to buck.

"I rest my case. Im just kidding and you know it."She teased him.

[amelias-hart]

Ghost snorted,"Just get the tack."

[Dahlia]

Chi grinned,and gently leapt off of his back lithely. She grabbed the tack from a hole inside the tree. And gently tacked him up,making sure the girth wasnt to tight."Hows that?"She asked him.

[amelias-hart]

Ghost replied,"Fine, but it's preshing on my harness." He motioned to the leather chest harness he wore, with a yellow gem on it's front.

[Dahlia]

"We can ride without the saddle. One sec."She disappeared into the tree,and came out wearing a red peon dress,it fit her perfectly,and she stashed the saddle away back into the tree. It flowed down to her ankles,and she had to pick it up to walk. She climbed onto a somehow-it-had-gotten-there-and-she-had-no-idea-how-because-it-wasnt-there-before-hehe-old stump. And sat side saddle bare back on Ghost. Side saddle was the normal way for peon women to ride,if they had a horse. Although,sometimes. If a despot so wished it,they could take anything that belonged to the peons. And they used that law to their advantage.

Ghost nodded, and tossed his head,"Much better."

[Dahlia]

Chi nodded,"Good. I hoope this dress doesnt bother you to much. It may tickle your stomach sometimes."She mind talked to him quietly.

Ghost snorted,"Don't worry about me. Just tell me where we're going."

[Dahlia]

"Well,lets see. Lets go see if we can help the town. See whats wrong with them. Our language is all different,so if I cant concentrate well enough,please relay my voice into their minds. Please?"Chi asked him.

Ghost nodded, but then said,"Maybe we could find some one like you....if you get my meaning, someone who can change modes."

[Dahlia]

Chi nodded."Exactly my plan."

"Of course."Chi blushed slightly.

Ghost rolled his eyes, and said,"Which way?"

"Towards the village,dummy."She teased him.

Ghost rolled his eyes again, and snorted. He trotted towards the village.

[Dahlia]

As they neared,Chi noticed a line of smoke leading into the horizon.

[amelias-hart]

Ghost snorted, pushing the scent of smoke out of his nose. He said,"Want me to go faster?"

[Dahlia]

"No,we need to remain calm,like we are just out for a ride in the country. Just a horse and a girl...."Chi sighed inwardly.

[amelias-hart]

Ghost nodded,"Alright." He trotted on, tossing his mane, silently saying,"Hold it."

[Dahlia]

Chi took a small handful of his mane,she needed nothing to hold her on. Since she could see what Ghost was going to do next,she simply was a part of him. Just an extension on his back.

Ghost had only asked her to hold his mane because he thought locals might think it odd to see rider not holding on to something. He didn't think women where held equally here, so he needed to lower suspision.

Chi realized he was right as they continued on. Women were running around,trying to find children,and husbands.
