The ditzy bruenette just scratched the back of her neck, cocked her head to the side, and asked, "What?"

Amelia sighed, and said, "Yes, my name is Amelia." She was having a storm day.

Meca chuckled to himself,he rolled his eyes. The girl could loosen up,yes there were disappearances,but they still needed to live,didnt they?

Amelia was brittle today. She didn't have storm days often, and she didn't remember enjoy them.

[Dahlia]

Meca rolled his eyes and sighed,"Hey,what crawled inside of you and died?"He asked with a slight grin.

Amelia cracked open her book, and said as she began reading again, "That joke."

Bambi's eyes widened as she innocently exclaimed, "Oh em gee! Something crawled inside of you and died? Are you okay?"

Then she stopped, thought, and shook her head, "Oh, never mind!"

Amelia gave the girl an eye before returning to her book. She really didn't like her storm days.

Meca facepalmed. That was truly all he could do to Bambi's response.

Bambi looked back and forth between them, doe-eyed, confused by their reactions, "What?"

She shrugged, crossing her arms over her bust, her thoughts drifting elsewhere. Were they suspicious about the dissapearences, as well? Or was it just in her head?

Amelia sighed, and returned to her book. She skimmed quickly, not sure when the next quip would come.

[Dahlia]

"Youre so naive,Bambi...."Meca shook his head. He ran a hand through his dark brown hair,and looked down the hall. It was odd,why were they the only ones in the hall? Was it just that so many people had stayed home."Well,Ive got to get to class soon.... Probably be late as it is..."

"Um, but the bell didn't ring . . . wh . . . where'd everyone go?" she looked at a classroom door next to the locker, attempting to open it, but it was locked, "And all the doors are locked . . . ?"

Amelia kept reading her book. She didn't want to know what was going on until the Witch King got a sword though his head.

Meca stopped,and looked confused."Well,was school canceled?"

Bambi opened her mouth to reply, but the clacking of heels drew her attention. Nerves wracking, she stared into the coal black eyes of the new vice principal, Miss Poll.

She had grey-ish black hair pulled back into a tight bun on the center of the back of her head. She wore a bleak grey pansuit, that seemed to be perfectly pressed and ironed, in all the right places. Her pumps were as dark as the night sky, similiar to her coal black eyes.

"Children," the woman said, eyes narrowed, "What are you doing here? I dismissed the school twenty minutes ago for a staff meeting," seeing Bambi frozen, similiar to a statue, she barked, "Go home."

[Dahlia]

"We weren't told this. Sorry. I for one am glad to go home."Meca smirked,one of his faults was he was a little to cocky for his own good sometimes. He didnt particularly like the new Vice Principal,but he wouldnt be flat out scared of her or nice to her.

The vice principal chuckled darkly, shaking her head, "Get out of my sight, you wretched little child. I do not need to be distracted by your childish games. I have many more . . . important matters to take care of."

She walked away slowly, heels clacking away as she went toward the end of the hall, opening the door of the staff room. She gave a wicked grin, and shut the door.

Bambi squeaked, "Ohmigod, she's so scary!"

[Dahlia]

"Stupid b****....."Meca muttered,glaring after her. As you could see plainly,he truly didnt like her in any way now. He thought her lower than the dirt he walked upon. The way she thought the world of herself was just repulsive.

Bambi comically clung to Meca's arm and brought her index finger to her lips, "Shhhh! What if she can hear you?!"

Meca said it louder,looking down at Bambi with his eyebrows raised.

Bambi frowned, lip jutted out in a pout, "You are so not funny. She's scary, Meca. What if she made all those people go 'poof'?"

She gestured with her hands, flicking her fingers out from her fists.

Amelia watched the woman. She watched her for a while, and then closed her book. She started talking to herself (Okie) as she walked out.
