To Turn Back the Hands of Time [PG-13]
Have you ever made a dreadful mistake, that you wish you could fix? Have you ever done something so horrible, so shameful, that you wished you could’ve stopped yourself from doing it?
Have you ever wished that you could turn back the hands of time?
A group of teenagers in southern Los Angeles have made too many mistakes to count, and their lives are currently in the dumps. By chance of fate, they meet in an alleyway, and, beneath the dirt and grime, discover a pocketwatch that leads them back in time. Now, they’ve finally found a way to fix their mishaps that changed their lives so negatively. But, when they come back to their present time of April 2011, they’ve found that their attempts to intervene and make their lives better have only put them in danger. Now, with the alternate universe they have created, people are on their trail; a group of specially trained assassins are out to destroy them for messing with history. Can they outrun the hunters and correct their corrections, before it’s too late?
[Rules]
1.) No god-modding; Your punishment will depend on the severity of your god-modding.
2.) When it comes to their mistakes they‘ve made, anything goes; But keep in mind, we want the mistake they’ve changed to somehow make their lives even worse then it already is.
3.) * out your character’s cursing; [ex. B*tch, d*mn, h*ll, sh*t, etc.]
4.) Be courteous; Do not go further then three pages of back-to-back RPing.
5.) No sex; I’m very serious about this one. I do not care if a character becomes pregnant, or if one would make a slight reference of sex, but no one will describe it. Doing so will get you kicked out of the RP. But, of course, romance is allowed.
6.) Nothing too gory; I do not mind if a character dies or kills another, as long as it does not exceed the PG-13 rating.
7.) Be descriptive; I want +2 lines per posts.
8.) This story’s date is set in April 2011; But, keep in mind, they will be time-traveling, so be sure to mark the date in bolded letters, above the actual post.
9.) Send all applications to me; Be sure to entitle them “Time is Running Out”
10.) Be sure to have a fun time! (:

Re: To Turn Back the Hands of Time [PG-13]
Rosaline pulled her arms tighter around herself, finding hardly any warmth in the thick black hoodie. The streets of Los Angeles were dark, cold, and seemingly deserted. She looked to her curly-haired, significantly shorter companion, whose teeth were chattering as she looked up at her and asked, "Where're we going, Rosa?"
Rosaline glared at her when she used the ever-hated nickname, before looking out at the dimly lit streets and spitting irritably, "I'm trying to take us home, Bambi . . . Jesus, can't L.A afford decent lighting?!"
Bambi flinched at the venom in her voice, but was more scared of the shadows that flickered around the street corners.

Cel was sitting in a graveyard. He was thinking. He was thinking so much. About so many things. He didn't understand this. It couldn't be true. It wasn't possible. She was dead.

Re: To Turn Back the Hands of Time [PG-13]
[OOC: no, they haven't traveled back yet, but save that little piece for later! it's really intriguing, really interesting . . . it's so dark, & creepy, but i love it. it's not out of line by any means, don't worry. (: ]
Bambina paused from walking, directly under the streetlamp, whipping out her trusty old flip phone, "I'm calling dad. He'll come pick us up."
"Whatever," Rosaline replied, but was secretly grateful. This place was giving her the extreme creeps.
After two minutes of constant calling, only to have it go straight to voicemail, the young girl sighed, flipping her phone shut, informing her friend, "It's no use. He won't pick up."

Re: To Turn Back the Hands of Time [PG-13]
ooc: Alright, fixed
Cel stood up in front of his sister's grave. This was his fault. He couldn't believe he had let this happen. It wasn't fair to her. She hadn't done anything wrong. Cel cried. Not a full out sob. He had been through plenty of those. Tears rolled every once in a while down his cheek. He was dried out. Tired. He had lost so much sleep. It wasn't fair. Not to him. Not to her. Why did this happen?
As night deepened, Cel trudged back to his truck. He climbed in the front, and started driving home. He had to drive a certain way. Even if it pained him, he had to drive down that road. He had to drive that route. He hoped that some how, some way, making that loop would reset it all, that he'd see her walking towards home just as mad at him as she had been a year ago. He wished it were possible. He wished it were possible. But it wasn't.
ooc: Haha...Not at his pain, but at the irony in that paragraph XD
